This policy describes how Alvio s.r.o. processes the personal data you send us through the contact form on this site.

Who is the controller

The controller is Alvio s.r.o., based in Bratislava, Slovakia. For data-protection matters contact us at hello@alvio.sk.

What we collect

From the form we process only what you choose to provide:

• name,
• e-mail address,
• company name or area of expertise,
• an optional description of your goal.

We use no third-party tracking and store no advertising cookies.

Purpose

We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry and to send demo access. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers.

Retention

We keep the data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, at most 24 months, unless agreed otherwise.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, and to object to processing. Send requests to hello@alvio.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Where data is stored

Our servers are in the European Union. Your data never enters third-party training sets.
